We’ll start by helping you to determine what you should keep and what you should sell. We’ll help you to understand the monetary value of most items in today’s market so that you can make an educated decision on whether or not to keep an item or sell it.
Once we have that figured out, the items you want to keep will need to be separated from the items you want to sell. It is best to move any items that will not be sold to a secure, off-site location, but when that is not feasible, some items can be moved into a separate portion of the house that can be cordoned off. Then we will start organizing, staging, pricing, marketing and advertising your sale.
Once the sale starts, we will provide plenty of friendly, helpful estate sale experts to assist shoppers and answer questions regarding items for sale. We ask that the homeowner not be on the premise during the sale.
When the sale is over we will begin the process of getting your home cleaned out. We will use liquidators, charities, and haul things off on our own to ensure that your home is completely cleaned out. We attempt to donate as much as possible, and you get the tax write off. Whatever we need to do to get the home ready to be sold or for your closing, we will do at this point.
